What we collect

When you request dates, send an inquiry, join the Founding 100 list or subscribe, we collect what you type into the form: name, email, phone number (if you give it), dates, headcount and your message. We also record the page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you clicked, so we know what brought you here.

How we use it

To answer you, confirm availability, send quotes and invoices, and — if you asked for them — launch-day texts and occasional letters. We keep records in our customer system (GoHighLevel), our booking tools and our database. We do not sell your information.

How we share it

We share information only with the service providers that help us run Trembly Bald — our customer and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), payment processor, booking and email tools, database and website host — and only so they can do that work for us. We do not sell or rent your information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick an SMS box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Trembly Bald Resort at the number you gave: messages about your inquiry and stay (availability, quotes, booking details) when you opt in on a booking or group inquiry form, and Founding 100 launch reminders and occasional offers when you opt in on a Founding 100 form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or booking.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics and, when enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to understand which pages and ads work. Your browser's "do not track" and ad settings apply. The site stores small preferences (such as whether you dismissed a banner) in your browser only.
